22-23 November 2013 Organized by the Embassy of Poland (now in its seventh) conference which brings together the Ukrainian graduates of various scholarship programs in Poland took place this year in Lviv from 22-23 November. Its aim was to present the achievements of graduates and to support their integration.

On the first day the literary meetings took place – presentations of achievements of Gaude Polonia scholarships in the field of literature, as well as presentations of various scholarship offers, including Kirkland Program. There was also an interesting discussion regarding a book by Grzegorz Motyka recently translated into Ukrainian "From Volyn massacre to the Vistula action ", moderated by Oleksandr Zinchenko - Kirkland Program graduate 2010/11.
The second day of the conference was devoted entirely to the presentations of achievements of the scholars. Of the 17 speakers 7 Kirklanders had their presentations: Bohdan Berezenko (2003/04), Mykola Homaniuk (2003/04), Andriy Kosyło (2003/04), Ivan Kulczycki (2005/06), Antonina Kalinichenko (2008/09), Oleg Zhovtanetsky and Nadia Chuba (2006/07), as well as Svitlana Matiazh (2009/10) and Tatyana Donchenko (2011 /12), who prepared a common presentation on the University of Nikolayev cooperation with the University of Adam Mickiewicz in Poznan.
Among the scholars awarded by the Polish Embassy were Oleg Zhovtanetsky and Nadia Chuba (I place, graduates of the KP 2006/07) for the presentation of the book "Interesting economics", Igor Aronov and Ostap Manulak (II place, Gaude Polonia scholars), and Mykola Homaniuk (III place, KP 2003/04).
In total 33 Kirklanders participated in the conference.
